During your first meeting with our Function/Banquet Coordinator, Dawn Whittemore, room availability based upon desired reception date, time, and estimated number of guests will be determined. We can accommodate up to 150 guests ... there is a 5-hour reception period. In July and August, that period is set to 6 to 11 pm. In the shoulder and off-season, you make the call of late-morning, early-afternoon, or our evening wedding within a 5-hour window!
After you book your reception, the Function/Banquet Coordinator will send a written confirmation of date, time, and room preference. Thereafter, you will meet to discuss your room and seating arrangements, menu beverage service, and any special needs you anticipate for yourself and your guests. A guaranteed count of your guests is required 10 days prior to the reception.

Smaller rooms are available for evening rehearsal dinners. Also, although the menus are not included here, we do offer a range of options for your rehearsal dinner including a Clambake, Barbecue or other Themed Dinner event (linked menus are from our group Conference section, and are presented for selection only ... pricing to be determined based upon size of your group). You may also plan to hold a Sunday Brunch following your Saturday wedding.
