Meeting Room Selection

Selection of rooms is made to accommodate your requirements according to the number of people, meeting format, and audio visual needs. Your conference coordinator will make all necessary arrangements, including additional break-out or hospitality rooms, as required.

The meeting rooms are all located on the main level of the Inn, within close proximity of our restaurants, hospitality centers, and guest rooms. We've included a floor plan schematic on the Meeting Room Floor Plans and Capacities page. This includes room name, dimensions, and the maximum capacity as determined by the meeting room set up.

Available guest rooms can be converted for break-out meeting spaces. Seating capacity in these rooms should not exceed ten people. The regular room rates will prevail.

Meeting rooms are supplied with glasses, water, mints, pencils, and pads.

Meeting room rates are based upon the amount of meeting space required, total guest rooms utilized, and total food and beverage orders for your event. Photos of our meeting rooms may be viewed here. Property schematics and meeting room capacities may be accessed via "Floor Plans and Capacities".

Harborview Room

The Harbor View Room is our primary meeting space. It can be setup as you prefer . . . classroom, U-shaped, theatre, or board-room style. The room can also be partitioned for simultaneous meetings or to accommodate smaller groups.

The Stage Neck Inn is committed to providing you with the best possible venue to host your meeting or conference. In an effort to keep our facility on the cutting edge of technology we have recently invested in high-tech capital improvements in the Harborview Room, our function facility. By installing a new ceiling mounted HD projector, designated internet feed, & Apple TV we can offer you the opportunity to present a multitude of HD media wirelessly! Please explore details of our WiFi Capabilities and Compatibility in advance of your arrival.


This is a multi-use space which can be used for medium-sized groups or segmented for small lunches, break out meetings, wedding cocktail hours, etc. This space is on the beach side of the Inn. Totally reconstructed in 2016, to make it more comfortable and to provide greater views of our grounds and the wonderful views.

Ocean Point Room

The Ocean Point Room is the perfect size for Board meetings and afford great views of the Atlantic Ocean and entrance to the York Harbor. This meeting space may also be setup in a comfortable living room arrangement for more casual meetings.

Equipment Rentals

Stage Neck Inn maintains a supply of the equipment most commonly needed for business meetings. If we don't have what you need, we will get it for you. Please speak with Ruth Alibrandi in advance to ensure you have everything you need on the day of your meeting and/or presentation.

An 18% labor charge will be added. Additional equipment is available upon request.
