Beach/Pool Towels are available at the Fitness Room, the Indoor Pool, and the outdoor Pool Club.

Candy and Snacks: Some candy and snacks are available in our Gift Shop next to the Front Desk. There is also a Munchies and Room Service Menu at the back of this packet.

Checkout Time is 11:00 am.

Clerical Services, such as typing, photocopying, and FAX transmissions are available by advance arrangements through the Front Desk. The fax number is 207-363-2221. There will be a $5 fee to utilize our fax plus $1 for every page sent outbound. International fax charges may vary.

Courier Services, including Federal Express, Express Mail, UPS, may be arranged through the Front Desk.

Fire and Emergency Exits are outlined on a map on the back of each guest room door. Please acquaint yourself with your exit routes. Dial “8” for outside line before dialing “911”.

Housekeeping will supply extra towels, soap, blankets, pack ‘n plays, and cots. Please dial 409 or 0 for assistance.

Ice and Soda Machines are located in the service area on each floor (also noted on map on guest room door). Area attraction brochure racks are also in these areas on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Please contact the Front Desk if you have any problems with these machines.

In-Room Safes are provided as a convenience. We cannot be responsible for valuables not placed in your safe. Please remember to remove your valuables and leave the safe unlocked before checking out of your room.

Laundry Services may be requested utilizing the laundry bag found in your closet. Clearly mark your name and room number on the bag, and leave it in the hall for pickup by 9:00 am. Clothing will be returned to your room the next morning.
Dry cleaning will be sent out; please allow 2 to 3 days. Self-service washer and dryer are located in the first floor service area. Call Housekeeping at Ext. 409 if you have any questions.

Limousine and Van Services may be arranged in advance through the Front Desk.

Live or Cooked Lobsters Packed to Go ~ Bring home a taste of Maine, with the help of these firms in York: Maine Lobster Outlet, 360 Route One, 363-9899; and Fisherman’s Dock, 351-8100. Please call ahead to confirm retail hours and to make arrangements for cooking and/or packing.

Lost and Found Items will be held in the Housekeeping Department for thirty (30) days. Articles will be mailed upon request; fee to return items will vary based upon the shipping costs incurred.

Newspapers may be purchased at the Front Desk. Upon request, newspapers will be delivered to your room during your stay.

Rental Cars may be obtained locally. Please inquire through the Front Desk.

Special Gifts such as flowers, candy, fruit and cheese platters, and wine or champagne may be delivered to Inn guests by advance arrangement. Additional items are available in the Gift Shop. Please discuss your wishes with our Front Desk personnel.

Sundries and Toiletries ~ If you forgot something (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) we may have it at the Front Desk. Please call or come down to inquire.

Telephones are provided for your convenience. There will be a 50¢ charge for each local call, operator assisted call, or calls to “800” numbers. Please Dial 0, if you have any problems making your call.
To make a local call, dial “8”, wait for a dial tone, then dial the 7-digit number. To make a long-distance call, dial “8”, wait for a dial tone, then dial 1 + Area Code + 7-digit number for direct-dial calls. The appropriate toll charges will be added to your room bill. For operator-assisted calls (collect, person-to-person, credit card calls, etc.), dial “8”, wait for dial tone, dial 0 + Area Code + 7-digit number.

Voice Mail is available in each guest room. Please dial 79 on your guest room phone to retrieve your messages.

Wake-up Calls may be arranged by calling the Front Desk. Simply give your room number and the time you would like to be called.

Wireless Internet Access is provided free of charge throughout the Inn. This is an open network (no password required) named “Stage Neck Inn”.

Dialing some numbers in this Guide from your guest room phone will incur toll charges. To avoid phone charges on your guest bill, please ask us about local and toll exchanges or call using your cell phone. In most cases, if no area code is presented here, the number is a local call.
