Our Stage Neck Cottage will accommodate up to 16 friends and family members. This massive, three-story home features 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, bright common areas with views, a large gourmet eat-in kitchen and a shaded veranda with views to the open sea. Views from the bedrooms and common areas range from the scenic fishing boats and pleasure craft in the harbor to the beach and open ocean beyond. The main living area of this historic "summer cottage" of York Harbor features plenty of space for dining, relaxing and socializing.
Below the second floor living area are three ground floor bedrooms. The first expansive room has a king size bed and sitting area with a pull-out couch. It faces morning sunrises and ocean wonderful views. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private sitting area. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a separate play area. The ground level is surrounded by a private wrap-around deck and flower gardens.
On the main level of the home are the main living areas: a 3-season enclosed porch with large tables for eating, games, socializing. There is also a formal dining and living/game room area which opens to a porch lined with rocking chairs. Walk through the Butler's Pantry to the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with counter stolls and eat-in table. The kitchen hardwood flooring flows into a media room/great room with a window seat with views of the Stage Neck Inn grounds, beach, ocean,etc.
There is one bedroom on the main living area ... a large room with an ensuite bathroom. This room offers large windows facing the Inn and oceanside amenities (outdoor pool, tennis courts, beach).
The third level of this grand home features a laundry area; kids' room; oceanview room with window seat, ensuite 3/4 bath, and attached child's room; plus a second ocean-view master-suite with deluxe ensuite bathroom and private deck with sweeping ocean views and lounge chairs.

Family reunion? Special birthday or Anniversary? The Stage Neck Cottage has seven bedrooms, several of which are suitable for parents and their children to share. We have hosted a number of 90th birthday parties; what a treat!

The kitchen is fully equipped for your group. There is an outside gas grille for your use. Laundry facilities are in the home. You may use all of the amenities at the Stage Neck Inn ... indoor pool, outdoor pool with snack bar, beach, fitness center, and optional treatments at The Spa at Stage Neck! There is NO daily maid service at this property.
At Your Service
If you need anything during your stay, the Stage Neck Inn Front Desk is staffed 24/7. We will prepare the home for your arrival; there is NO daily maid service at this property.
It's just a quick walk across the lawns to Shearwater at Stage Neck Inn, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner daily with a wonderful bar. The Stage Neck Pool & Tennis Club (by the outdoor pool) offers an in-season restaurant with bar and food service. Additional small restaurants and a Cumberland Farms are within about a mile's walk.
