A $2,500 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking your reception. Please consult your contract for payment schedule. Charges will be based on the final guarantee (if applicable in your contract) or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater. In addition, a $100 administrative fee will be charged and will be due with final payment on the day of the event (this covers consultation, planning, and detailing of your special day).
Payment in full is required on the day of the event, prior to departure. All food and beverage charges are subject to Maine State Meals and Lodging Tax (currently 7%) and 17% service charge and 3% taxable House Charge. Cash, personal checks, cashier's checks, money order, or credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express) are accepted.
Fees for ceremony set up, function room rental, bar set up, cake and administrative fees are $3,000 ($2,500 on Sunday afternoons) for Harbor Porches, and $2,500 for our Harborview Room.
