*The above rates include your deluxe room, EXTENSIVE BREAKFAST BUFFET (view menu), onsite parking and  WiFi connectivity. Rates also do not include service charge for breakfast, maid service charges ($2 per person per day) or State Meals (8%) and Lodging Tax (9%). These charges will be added to your room account. Please note that room service breakfast is available, seasonally, at an additional charge. If this is important to you, please inquire when making your reservations.

Please note Lower Beach Side rooms do not offer a direct ocean view. However, they do feature a private patio overlooking the gardens. Steps beyond this are the beach, tennis courts, and ocean.

1November 24, 2016, is Thanksgiving Day. Fall rates will apply until the hotel reaches 85% occupancy; then Summer Rates will apply. We suggest you make your reservations well in advance for this sell-out date.

Lower Beach Rooms are furnished with two double beds; all other room categories except the Harborview Luxury Doubles and Harborview Luxury Kings offer two doubles or one king-sized bed. Please specify your preference when making your reservation. (Shown at left is one of our expanded 200-Series Oceanfront Guest Rooms. The above rates vary based upon room location and single or double occupancy. No more than four people may occupy a guest room.

Roll-away Bed with Extra Person ... $25 each
Pack n' Play with child ... $20 each

Dining facilities are available at the resort offering complete service for three meals a day. All food and beverage charges which are added to your room account are subject to an 18% meal service charge (20% on room service items).

Not only the Inn, but also the ENTIRE PROPERTY, is designated as a Non-Smoking area.

Sorry, no pets are allowed within the Inn.
